provide full warranty against manufacturing defect for one year and to
quickly answer any enquiries. All of our items have been carefully
designed and developed, a process typically taking 12 months for each
model before being manufactured/assembled in our approved factories and
checked at every level of production prior to approval and final
shipping. We currently have no outstanding customer service issues and
are happy to immediately answer any questions or concerns about our

Retail purchases

Return Policy: All
items are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months
from date of purchase from this website or one of our approved
resellers, if you experience a problem then please email us and we will
endeavour to solve the problem as quickly as possible, if this involves
a return we will solve the problem either by replacing the faulty part
or by exchanging the item and then ship it back to you at no charge. If
you wish to return an item for refund then please
email us, stating the reason for the return, items returned for
refunds must be received by first class or air mail post (sorry we
cannot accept returns using courier services) within 30 days of purchase
in original, intact and unmarked condition and will be subject to a
£5.00 shipping and handling charge. if the returned item is outside of
the 12 month warranty then please include this information in the email
and we will do our best to be of assistance. We regret that we cannot
repair or provide parts for LED watches from other manufacturers.

LED watch was the first in an exciting range of futuristic
timepieces with a high tech retro look and feel. The space age 70s
design is the inspiration for this unique range that will introduce the
authentic 70s type LED watch to a new marketplace. R&S Phillips
currently have more models in production and are also keen to work with
affiliates and resellers to penetrate new markets.
